I am thinking about refunding myself a nice parfume.
I was thinking about the Dior - Sauvage 200ml.
It costs about 210USD, where do you think is the best place to refund this?
I was thinking about a local retailer or Dior themself, what do you think?

In terms of the method, you could say that the bottle smashed in transit. They would want a photo so find one on Google or somewhere else.
Or you could say you got the wrong item and replace it with a much cheaper perfume of the same/similar weight.

1. Buy a used fragrance or an empty bottle of that fragrance.
   
2. Put some liquid on it similar to the original color of the fragrance.
   
3. Destroy it and take multiple photos of it in different positions.

OR

1. Steal somebody else photo of fragrance.
   
2. Photoshop it and make the representative think to be it broken.

Stating the obvious, Amazon.

You can use the broken glass or missing Item method. It weighs 95 grams, so the latter Is well-suited.

I agree, However i already done a refund on my account a month ago. Should i create a new account with typo's in my name and address? Or just order it from Amazon.de/it as my previous refund was on Amazon.nl.

Amazon are very efficient In detecting and linking multi-accounting, even when they're In different countries. A few edits In your name and address will not suffice.

It's still not enough.

You'd need to change every Identifiable detail.

If there are 2 accounts under the same name and surname but totally different shipping address (not a typo in) then it's sufficient.
They can't link them unless they find other kinds of connection IP, browser signature, etc...

Otherwise, all those who name and surname is equal would are the same person for Amazon.

I simply used the EB method for some airpods pro.
