This from my experience is very simple. As long as it’s not a massive order they refund instantly.

No idea, the price was so small that i wouldn't know but you should be able to do over 100 i think with good se skills

For empty box and quick refund I have always kept it below £150. Normally they refund in chat when it’s this price.
