Hello guys I wanted to dispute a 1000$ dollar Haul from Pandabuy/superbuy mostly clothing.

What is the best method to do it? I was thinking telling paypal the items are incorrect and they are off low quality or should I say something else?

In case the Paypal disputes fails can I charge back directly from my bank instead?

What do you guys think is the best way to approach this?
