I plan on SEing a PS5 directly from their Playstation Store. I was thinking of doing DNA, but I read on the forum that the machine gets blocked. Is this true? And are there any viable alternatives?

Yes it's true, it will get banned.

Age an amazon account and DNA on Amazon. Or find a website that allows payment through PayPal and make a claim. We will help you if you need help with this.

Yes, they do brick.

You can buy a real PS5 on Amazon or another retailer and return the bricked one, though. You might need to carefully replace the stickers containing the SNs, however, as they tend to match it.

Hmmm that's unfortunate. How about the controller. Are they able to block that remotely?

If I order one from a retailer, such as Amazon, will they not blacklist the SN either way?

Furthermore I recently hit Amazon and haven't ordered since so they wouldn't work. Any alternatives? Location is West-Europe.

Sell them to StockX, they don’t check if the console is bricked.

I just created a new amazon for an Xbox, sent back with weight inside, and did a chargeback with card. After 2 months of waiting the money were on my card

I opted for DNA with a reseller. Hopefully they won't blacklist the SN through PS.

Unlikely to blacklist unless it’s a small company or personal seller. I’ve refunded a PS5 from amazon it hasn’t been bricked.
