Hey guys,

I've been wanting to upgrade to PS5 for a while now and with Black Friday deals, it seemed like a good opportunity. I was wondering what is the best way to refund a PS5 and from which website would I have the greatest or easiest process. I live in Canada and all major retailers have the same price/deal for PS5's right now, so I have options. Should I do Amazon? Best Buy? Walmart? Also I'd prefer something that doesn't require me doing FTID or something where I have to send something back to the retailer.
