Recently done a refund that required a PR.
If I wanted to another refund at the same address but a different store how would I tackle it? Wouldn’t filing a police report twice on the same address be suspicious

This is precisely why they have implemented the PR policy, to limit the amount of times you can SE successfully. To answer your question you really should space out PRs by a few months or so to be safe. Alternatively in this next SE you want to to do, if they ask for PR you could go the charge back route but of course the amount of times you can do that is also limited

Also for the refund I just done they required a police report which I filled and it’s now in closed status. So I sent it to Amazon; was this the right approach for the SE to be successful or should I have done something differently

Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are coincidental

A police report Is simply required to move forward with the claim and Amazon remain adamant on receiving It, so you certainly did the right thing.

After providing PR for any vendor, will they usually proceed to refund?

Well in my case no. They cannot get into contact with the police due to busy lines and I have to wait till march which they will try contact again,so im just gonna return the item. But too your question exactly im not sure of the answer

It's not a guaranteed refund.

A PR Is required to continue with their claim assessment.
