What happened to me recently if someone finds useful:

1. Sent money through FF to someone who should have delivered some tickets but didn't - scam
2. Contacted PP, they said they cannot do nothing because FF
3. Contacted my bank that i didn't make this transaction
4. Filed a chargeback claim
5. Visa appealed, they said that why didnt i dispute other payments from the same device and IP
6. I appealed and sent them the PP screenshot that PP cannot make a verdict if i did the transaction or not
7. Appeal successful, kept the money.

Apparently visa cannot prove transactions through paypal were made by you and i have ever since been wondering what method could i use to send money through FF to someone and file a chargeback again but i havent find a safe method to cash out yet..

If you didn't use FF, you could have won the dispute and would'nt have needed to chargeback

do you know if the money would be taken out of the account you send it to?

i know only the part from my side, but before PP figures out whats going on there are a million ways to cash out, except to your card.

Never tried that one, but was always curious. Would you say sock 5 from different county to login would work? any advice on limits ?

I don't see how these 2 are related. Didn't the bank just approve your appeal because they can't be arsed for a low amount and one time chargeback?
