to start off i will post this thread in the subs hacking and upgraded lounge.

1. i downloaded an pdf it is digitaly certified/signed, so it gives in the pdf cert/sign with date time and server it was downloaded from and if edited the date edited.

2. i can edit text of an pdf this i know how to do, but the certificate would say when it was edited, not the windows property but ther certificate of the pdf it self.

3. is there a way around this, because the company i have to upload it i heard will check the signature.

4. it is not harm anyone i am about to be homeless, housing agenceies are asking for 3.5x the rent which i find is crazy, i have a day job but for them my income is too low i make 1600 a month the place i want is 600 they are expecting me to make 3.5x 600=2100 after taxes to rent a place from 600 thats crazy.

1 question, can you tell us what company this is?  Perhaps there is a way around it.

the housing agency would allow everyone to know where im living, but they are asking for the annual income tax papers pdf from the tax office and from the bank those 2 have digital pdf certificates when downloading the pdf
