"This is my amusement."

What is it?

The Devil King is Bored is an comedy-fantasy Korean manhwa webtoon series by KIM Sang min. It is published by Naver and serialized by Naver Webtoon since 2011, and there are currently over 120 chapters released with 30+ chapters scanlated so far.

What's it about?

The Devil King of the Underworld is bored. He passes his time these days "playing pranks" with his subordinates as the lazy days go by. However, when even that starts to become dull to him, he starts to move his antics to the humans above him, starting by stealing the Princess for no good reason! While she attempts numerous (and comedic) attempts to escape herself, the king sends Four Heroes to journey to the Devil King's castle in an attempt to rescue her - but the dangerous and perilous world around them may prove more than difficult even for this ragtag valiant team!

Meanwhile, the human world is dealing with the (somewhat) realistic consequences of politics and treachery, as people behind the King's back make shady dealings with... the angels? Will the Heroes even be able to reach the castle? Will the Princess finally escape from his clutches? And what reasons behind the Demon King are there that he'd orchestrate all these events - out of boredom, or something else entirely?

Where can I read it?

Sadly also taken down from Batoto, but Kissmanga still provides the original reading format.

Looks like a fun read. I'm reading darker manga/manhwa right now, but I'll still add it to my list.
