hey guys

althow Windows 8 is not actuly finished what do u all think of it? like what makes it beter then older versions of windows?

i personaly like windows xp due to the fact that it was easy to connect my ps3 up to the net with it but now im on windows 7 due to having wireless now to link ps3 up but yea besides the changes like menues and so on what makes windows 8 beter?

Windows XP Provides some Exploits that VIsta , 7 and 8 already secured ,
ex - IIS

um using Win 8 those days and works fine for me, it kinda weird coz theres no Start button and some others ,
coz its most for touch screen users i guess ,

but personally i like Win 8

NO can't Add it Actually ,
the Metro Screen is the replacement for Start button , if need it button can add with third party app call vistart
as i know win 7 is using one core to boot , but windows 8 using multiple cores for boot ,
and for the application when you are not using the app but opened , w8 not takes lot memory for the App , it just side unuse app till using,

theres more to explain , i can 't write whole W8 review on the post ,
you can see on practically all the things if you can use it for a while ,

and , one advise , don't use XP ,

i thought there was a way to add start button lol guess i was wrong and yea i checked it out a while back thought it was good just dont realy see the difrense besides visual but the whole core thing sounds good

also i only used xp for ps3 set up when i didnt have wireless as win 7 is a ummm (bad word) to set up the conection without a router

but yea i might go make a post and see if someone can telly me how i can partition my drive to add win8 on it

Windows 8 has a very Fururistic appearance and it's very professional. I wouldn't recommend installing it on an old PC. You'd have to have good graphics cards, good size harddrive and a good size ram to run it to the best of it's capabilities.

I can't really choose between Windows 7 and Windows 8. I'm not sure it could work without the start button, and it will difinitly be something I will miss. On the other side I'm kinda like the new look of the metro GUI. The old simple look of Windows is kind off old and boring now. Therefore I'm hoping to buy a macbook in May, and i know i just could install linux on it instead. But i like the look of Mac OSX, and i need something new.

i gota agree on the old windows layout i prefer it i recon with win 8 i would constantly revert back to clicking were the original stuff is

I've Installed the "Consumer Preview" just yesterday, and I reckon It's awesome.

It took all but 30 minutes to become fully aware of It's overall functionality. Also, all my "Vista" drivers were compatible, so the same can be said for Windows 7 drivers.
