* Whether you physically purchased It In-store.
* Was It delivered, and If so where.
* "Who" signed for the package.
* Was the signature real or fake.

And any other details of relevance.

Purchased online. Delivered and it was signed for but not by the purchaser so basically fake but it has been almost a month since purchase that's why I asked

I need to evaluate every possible detail, hence the questions.

Was It delivered to your residential address? Also, has there been any activity on the account (Items purchased/returned) In the last 4 weeks?
