For some time ago, i got arrested for some dirt,(Other thread) and got pre-released.. even though me freedom didnt last long.

Now im back for sure!

Looking forward to meet/talk with all the new users that came while i was away.

I guess DDoSing, if you hack a government site you won't get arrest.. Unless you deface them, or leaked their database or anything else, you get paid if you find a exploit. I guess he just DDoSing it.

Government sites usually are not running bug bounties. SO I wouldn't rely on getting paid by finding an exploit. Actually I know of a few who have been arrested without leaking or defacing.

That said Government sites are a fairly easy target. Security generally isn't the highest concern on them considering all the red tape involved and consider how many government sites there are. Its not like every govt site is cia.gov or something.
