Hi, can anyone help me refund an old order on my active account. It's a Nintendo switch. Had a couple of genuine refunds in the past, had 100s of purchases. Would this even be possible to do?

It should still be under warranty, which works to your advantage.

Simply tell them It's stopped working and obviously they'll request to return It.
You can use the box method thereafter.
