Are they even investigating anything or are they just saying that? Because everyone is being told to wait while they "investigate" but it obviously exceeds 120g so what the heck are they investigating?

I guess it is just a protocol that they follow, some people got their refund immediately, it's all luck.

Due to the high degree of success, they obviously don't Investigate the weight, but rather collect other Information to move forward with the claim.

The Info may Include liaising with the carrier to see If a damage report was raised, the date of when the order was Invoiced, their picking & packing procedures prior to dispatch and the list goes on.
