Absolutely.

The carrier has no right to set foot on your property demanding answers for a claim that has already been handled and finalized by the company.

Even If Oakley did request a return, they can Issue the return label.

You've EB'd them (and not DNA'd), so I don't understand why the carrier Is getting Involved.

Understood, if they show up again I'll just not answer the door.
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are coincidental

Yes, do exactly that.

The driver's visit Is totally uncalled for, so you're doing the right thing by Ignoring him.

Apparently not, i’ve read reports from people on here who have hit 2 or 3 luxottica brands in the space of a few weeks.

Will that be an issue if I am using my real name and address for the order?

Not sure what they do with it. I did, and I am still alive. You should be fine.

According to what the rep told me, they ask for it to open an investigation: "- A copy of your ID with signature so that I can open an investigation with the carrier (you can hide sensitive information such as date of birth on the photo)."

All the things I'm writing here are pure fiction (yes I have a lot of imagination)

That's total BS.

You've already ID'd yourself when your online account was created - that's why you're able to purchase from their site. They don't require further Identification to start an Investigation. They have all details about the account holder (yourself) at their disposal.
