Done a few SE's with these guys since beginning of the year.
Two orders genuinely went missing thanks to a so called well known courier.
Since done have done multiple RM SE's - had item's scanned at post office but didn't track further than that - SE the cashier to scan the barcode and get receipt.
All refunded, but now with some bigger items I got this email.
Quote:We are writing about the number of problems you have experienced with your orders. Your correspondence with us shows you have requested multiple refunds. The majority of these have been for packages which were not returned to us.
The details of such orders are as follows.
That was beginning of the year - I responded and explained but now since the last SE which I did as a self-despatch via RM - i 've had the following....
Quote:We are writing about the number of problems you have experienced with your order. Your correspondence with us shows you have requested multiple refunds. The majority of these have been for packages which were not returned to us.
Through the normal course of business, we expect the occasional problem. However, your account history shows an unusually high rate of problems.
And since my response - which I basically said, well it was sent to it isn't my issue.
I got this.
Quote:Thank you for writing to us. Your comments and suggestions will help us improve our store and offer better service to our customers.
We have noticed unusual activity on your account. When unusual account activity comes to our attention, we review each account to determine if additional action is necessary, including account closure. We would prefer to do all we can to help you avoid any problems with your Amazon orders.
Your account remains open and available for your use. To learn more about our policies, visit our “Conditions of Use & Sale” page. You can find a link to this page at the bottom of any page on Amazon.co.uk.
What do you guys think?

I go the same email a few months back after i did eb on a smartwatch. They actually sent me the email a day after i legit returned an item, which was 2 months after the SE. I never once did any SE's with amazon before; the watch was my very first but they still sent that fucking email. Basically once you get that email you're treading on thin ice regarding returns and claims; it's just their way of saying we know what you're doing and we're paying close attention to your account. You'll need to make a stealth account with completley different details if you wana to SE a big order from amazon again. Just last week i DNAd £70 worth of dark chocolate off Amazon on a fresh account with the same address. On chat they told me to fill in a incident claim form. I've read if they ask you to fill this out it means you're on Amazon's CAP list, which is basically their fraud team. Luckily the DNA succeeded 1 hour after I filled that form and sent it back they refunded me. I don't know if it's because of the order value/type of items I claimed missing or something else, but it worked. Maybe if i tried an electronic it would have failed.

A very poor reply that does not elaborate on the Issue(s) of your account.
Define "unusual activity"? Ask them to clarify It.

I didn't reply to this message and they haven't responded after since this message
Is it worth just ignoring and continuing to use the account normally no SE?
Or do you really think to reply?.

Your account may have been OFM'd for all the wrong reasons, hence they need to clarify what has deemed "unusual activity".
It's up to you whether you wish to pursue It.
