Hi all, as from title i wanted to try my 1st refund on notino.
Yesterday, i ordered a parfum that is worth like 190eur, i have read around the forum and someone advice to use dna other broken bottle.
What's the best bet with them? DNA or broken bottle?

Both are viable options on Notino.
DNA works if you bought the insurance wich costs 1€.
Broken bottle will work aswell if you perform it correctly.

It's your choice.

DNA works if you bought the insurance wich costs 1€.
Broken bottle will work aswell if you perform it correctly.

The parfum will arrive tomorrow but i ordered on my own address with my real infos, would that be a problem? courier is dpd by the way

You should use your real credentials when SEing first time that's not a problem. If you want to SE them multiple times that's when you need to change your information

Sadly i don't got a bottle of the same parfume so what's the best thing to do?
Try to say that bottle broke during the transit without send them photos or photoshop them or buy an empty one?

Does it matter if the broken bottle is shattered in multiple pieces of glass?
Will it affect the se?

No it doesn't matter if it's shattered, as long as it can somewhat resemble the original bottle for the photo
