Failed a sub 200€ Notino DNA on a new account with new credentials.

Even though I purchased their protection, they insisted that the package was delivered without any issues (DPD).

Didn't bother arguing much against them, so I just send my fragrance back.

Hit them multiple times in the past without any problems, but now they seem to have tightened up a bit.

Yes, I successfully did multiple DNAs on Notino in the past.

I don't think broken bottle would have worked, since they would have asked for pictures.
I was not prepared for broken bottle since I was almost certain DNA would work.

In the future I will try other methods such as PEB or EB, wich might work out.

They are not liable for returns so LIT and FTID are out of question.

At the very least I would’ve swapped the perfume out for a cheaper one when returning

Yeah I could try that, although I think Notino checks their returns.

I have succesfully done Douglas BB and Sephora DNA+BB.

Sephora DNA was kind of a lengthy process, but worked out in the end (400€). Even the delivery man came back.

Sephroa I only hit once.
For Notino I usually let the orders go to my friends adresses. Bought something cheap on Notino before doing SE tough.

did you sign the package or was it left at the door?

Like always, DPD just hands me the package without needing any POD.

they do take responsibility for lost packages if you return them because they provide courier free of charge

I have to read their TOS. I read somewhere that they aren't liable so I just went with that.
