It happened to one of my friend recently, same answer. But in their case they push too much with the partial method, what about you?

Yes quite possibly, they said they are happy that everything was packed correctly and delivered to me.

That sounds like they checked the weight and noticed. Dont use the Partial Missing Product Method for Stuff that ist over 100gr or they could notice, when they check the weight.

Has anyone filled in this form to complete a refund from north face? It’s seem they are placing the blame of missing items on to Yodel and claim off them.

I’ve signed a few forms over the years, unsure on this one as it a courier form.

It could well be a scare tactic form

Standard insurance form for a DNA/Partial.
Only thing is I'd say (depending on your morals) they are likely to hit the driver for this so they will likely hate you and be very on top of whatever you get delivered from now on so be cautious. I also am not a fan of hitting the driver as they get fucked to begin with!

Without naming specifics, I've never picked that many errors on a single order.

- the storeman forget to pick 1/3 of the items, (in this case 5 out of 14).
- the absence of these product on the package will not change the original weight of the package, thus this will another point that will make the representative suspicious about it.

SEing and Refunding is also this, if you aren't able to deal and understand such basic things, it's better stop doing this, since sooner or later you'll either not make any SE succeed or even worse, you will do a big mistake ans close your career.

You must learn from this don't partial with 5 whole items DNA would have most likely worked unless they say otherwise in their limitation of liability

In this case It would be due to the weight, but most often, there are many other factors Involved.

Just to name a few- CCTV footage verification, Inventory stock count check, and date & time of goods Invoiced & dispatched.
