Has anyone filled in this form to complete a refund from north face? It’s seem they are placing the blame of missing items on to Yodel and claim off them.

I’ve signed a few forms over the years, unsure on this one as it a courier form.

They have refused the refund and said I need to chargeback. I’m unsure if it’s too risky to send the stuff back as a return or not. Has anyone returned after failed refund?

What was the weight of the "missing" items?
i wouldnt sent anything back if i already signed, that they are not there, but ist your decision

They declined the claim by saying they are happy that all items were delivered.

I’ve decided not to send the items back and put in a chargeback with my bank, said it could weeks to process though. I will in the meantime get back on to them and see if I can get them to refund before the chargeback is needed.

It happened to one of my friend recently, same answer. But in their case they push too much with the partial method, what about you?

And how did you respond to that?

Tracking cannot be used as delivery confirmation- It only concludes the package was delivered to the "address", and not to the "person". There's a big difference between both.

I probably pushed for too much, said 5 out of 14 never arrived.
