Any advice on dealing with a company that sends you a CCTV photo of them packing your item, saying they dispatched the correct items ?

This Is why "research", Is of the utmost Importance prior to SEing any company.

When you have knowledge that they do In fact take CCTV footage when picking & packing orders, simply opt for another method. I reiterate, always "research" companies (unbeknownst to you) prior to formulating your SE.
