Hi, basically I’ve ordered two high value items totalling £250, as well as a relatively low priced item £5. My initial plan was to say that the £5 item has arrived with the other two items missing. Would this be the best way to go around it? I’d like to say DNA, however would signing for the package not act as proof it’s been received? Or would my best bet be saying that the whole package is empty, all there is an invoice and packing..

I need some help!

What's the combined weight of both Items?

The reason I'm asking, Is because packages are weighed on consignment and If It registers a noticeable weight, the missing Item method will most likely fail.
