Nike Se help #1
Currently trying to Se some things from nike on an aged account with a good few purchases over 2+ years.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks 2 weeks ago with only one arriving so getting the second one legitimately replaced.

Ordered 300€ worth of items including one pair of shoes. today got a notification that the shoes are arriving tommorow separately from the clothes( no delivery date for them yet).

Right now my only real options are:
1. DNA it all, and pretend I was gone on a week long holiday if the clothes arrive during this week.

2. Eb the shoes and PEB the clothes.

3. Take a hit on one of the deliveries (or return one of them) and Se the other.

Any other suggestions for me getting out of this?

I wouldn't go with EB on this SE, since 2 weeks ago your socks were missing.
It's not impossible but rather unlikely that two orders that close are missing stuff.

I would go with DNA.

DNA on both even though different shipping dates possibly? or take a loss/refund?

DNA the more expensive order. If they both get delivered on the same day somehow, DNA both.

When you "return" all your items you'll be provided a single return label even though your items arrived separately. FTID it.

Haven't researched enough about FTID, might try catch up and get someone to ps it for me.

Be sure to take note of Its flaws and Inconsistences.

It may succeed, but there's every chance It will come back to bite you later down the track - particularly when companies have thoroughly Investigated the claim with the carrier, and then realized the return hasn't been received, or the consignment was falsely redirected.

Update,

Checked the Nike app and all of the items are meant to arrive today, but they all come in 3 different packages with separate tracking numbers. but when I click from the Nike app to track shipment on the shoes in big writing 'EXCEPTION arriving today' comes up where as the othe two packages say 'READY TO GO arriving today'.

Anyone have any experience with what that means.

And the packages are going through DPD do they have tracking where I'm informed before the package arrives that it'll be here.

Thanks @mothered I read into your blog about it and gonna try stay away from FTID.

DPD will send an email with an estimated time. U won't get a reminder 15mins before like at DHL
