Nike SE help #1
So I was looking to do DNA for a 300£ Nike order however I might buy 2 full tracksuits and air forces for 400£ and I just don’t think DNA would work. Mainly for the fact that they take a photo and the gps tracking showing that the delivery driver arrived at my address. Anyone know any other method that will work? I might do FTID since I haven’t done it yet but it’s so flawed that I’d rather do another method.

Will the package be purely left outside and a photo taken thereafter?

No I’ll be receiving the item. I can leave an instruction to leave it outside but that won’t work in my favour. The courier is DPD.

Wouldn’t work since the weight is too much.

Will you be Included In the photo to the extent of being Identified?

That makes you responsible for the lost shipment.

Only my arms and hands will be showing but that maybe is enough for the Nike support since this is a big order and because of the gps tracking and etc

It could be anyone's arms/hands - the driver mistakenly handed It to a passer-by.

I could try that and hope for the best.

Wouldn’t work since the weight is too much.

Weight is usually not a factor for stores easy to hit like Nike. I've only ever had one instance of weight ever being a factor in a partial EB claim in years of SE'ing. It depends how much the company investigates really.

Weight is never really a factor in FTID either. I just post a pack of biscuits and it's never failed in terms of weight.

DNA is the method they most use evidence against you despite its reputation as been the best option on this forum. Unless they leave the package on a doorstep or just purely take your word and don't investigate it's the most problematic and lengthy process with the most evidence to deny your claim.

I would do FTID and evaluate the options based on the return label that is created.
If it is unique I would act one way if it makes me more than one you can also think about doing a partial FTID.
