I got another email yesterday stating that it shows the package was delivered to the address and said to respond if i still did not receive my goods while sending a proof of delivery (no photo, no signature) so i replied saying i didn't receive it. Its been a day still waiting for a response ill wait till Monday to ask where my claim stands.

So far, the SE Is heading In the right direction.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the claim should be approved.
