Just made a order it comes out to under $417, I think dna is the way to go lmk what you think or what i should expect

I have had 2 recent DNA experiences with Nike. Both successful, in the UK though.
One was instant refund on live chat for £250~ and another for £200~ on some custom ID’s which had a 5-8 day investigation and was concluded on the 7th day with a refund.
I should add, it went in my favour massively as delivery driver left the parcel unattended behind bin both times. (Hermes & UPS)

Nike Is pretty relaxed with DNA claims.
At the worst-case scenario, an Investigation may be opened.

It's standard procedure when claiming nonreceipt of goods.
If they don't reply In due course, get In touch and ask where your claim stands.
