Okay, so I waited for my shoes to come today and then I went to the nike website to initiate a refund on the DNA basis. Small talked to the agent and told her that i'd prefer the refund over a replacement because it was too late to have another one sent out to me (It was supposed to be a 'gift'). Result: "Sorry to hear about the missing items, we will issue a full refund, expect it to come within 10 business days". My first refund is a success!!!
