It's way too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

The wrong Item received method Is suitable.

I phoned them up and they now would like me to do an exchange with the wrong item? What is the suitable next step?

Did you tell them it was a specific item and do you already own it?

I haven’t tried this method myself but I’ve seen plenty of success of people using it on here of buying an item of their inventory from a different address, name etc using a vpn so not linked to your previous order and send that back instead of the original item.

The issue is, I don't actually own the item so the exchange wont be possible.

I might just return it in-store and get my money back.
