Nike Failed DNA #1
Hi all,

Recently bought a ~100 GBP item on Nike and was planning on DNA. However, the driver gave the package to my neighbor with photographic evidence and I'm not really risking getting them involved in a DNA Claim.

Are there any suitable alternatives other than DNA? would EB work?

What's the Item description and weight?

nike.com/gb/t/air-jordan-1-low-shoes-9g1Rdg/553558-091

It doesn't state the weight but I'd assume somewhere roughly in the range of 800g

It's way too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

The wrong Item received method Is suitable.

I see, will try that on live chat.

Does the wrong item method work well with another pair of trainers from the Nike stock using another account/address? I haven’t ever tried using that method but would like to give it a go.

Update:
I phoned them up and they now would like me to do an exchange with the wrong item? What is the suitable next step?

Did you tell them it was a specific item and do you already own it?

I haven’t tried this method myself but I’ve seen plenty of success of people using it on here of buying an item of their inventory from a different card, address, name etc using a vpn so not linked to your previous order and send that back instead of the original item.

Keep us updated on this one Smile Good luck man

The issue is, I don't actually own the item so the exchange wont be possible.

I might just return it in-store and get my money back.

For your reference, the wrong Item received method works by purchasing a cheap Item from the same company on a different account, and sent to another address.

When they request the return, you send that.
