Hello, I tried to give EB to nike on an order of 209.99€, the weight of the order was 2 kg, they told me that they would investigate with their team and the parcel driver and that it would take 3-5 working days, after 7 hours I received the refund, they probably didn't even investigate anything, it was just looking at the weight of the order, what do you think about that?
