Hi all

Recently attempted DNA on a £398 order. Delivered by DPD with photo, account is aged with prev orders.

Usually Nike issue instant refund but they have now said its a matter of investigating. Could this possibly mean DPD coming to my address to try locate the parcel?

Should i ride the investigation through or just return as I am not willing to lose £398 on the items I ordered.

Ride it, this is standard, im not sure how you were getting instants. You should be good after a week or two. If not, just prcoess a return through their website, they wont deny it.

When I did a DNA for Nike i got an instant refund. But mine was much less than this, sounds like OP went over their instant refund limit $ amount
