Hey guys, I ordered a 1 item package (under £150) on 20th of August from Nike (UK) and it was delivered to my neighbour on the 22nd of August. My neighbour signed it and delivery driver took a photo of neighbour receiving it. I came home 3 days later and collected it from neighbour. Everyone I asked told me not to do EB method so I did a typical DNA as people said that's what works best. Nike said they will do investigation and contact me in 3 days.

I think I messed up by doing DNA when neighbour signed it and driver took photo of neighbour receiving it. What are the chances it goes through?

Also in this situation where it has been signed by neighbour + driver has taken a pic, what method would've worked the best?

BTW the delivery company was DPD

My experience with nike is that as long as i keep insisting i get the refund back, first refund try was instant, second and third took 1-2weeks, (all below 200$, fourth se was 240$ took like 2-3 weeks of me complaining and sending emails threatning (this one was looking real bad for me cuz they even started to make fun of me in nike support chat wich later i used in a email as stating the lack of proffesionalism and threatning to sue since they didnt have any proof". Just start to ftid much higher success
