After getting a refund from Nike, does the order come up as “returned” in the orders section of the app or does it say something else?

So when you place an order and it delivers, it’s marked as delivered on the app.

On the item I did a DNA on, it’s marked as returned on the app

Strange. I did a return and it's not marked as returned yet, it was just delivered (current status on app) to them this morning.

Yep, it’s also giving me to view the return information, I don’t think they filed it as a DNA.

Did you do this on a new account or used? How long was the process & for how much?

Was an account have had for 2 years, process was literally like 2 days and it was only £40 - it was my first SE so I started low. I am going to hit them again soon for around £300

Ok so I’ve looked at the email Nike sent me when they sent my refund, they said they “assumed it went missing in transit” is that a typical DNA reply from Nike?

They reply In many different formats.

They reply In many different formats.
I am writing to you according to your parcel from *order number*. We can assume that parcel went missing in transit so I was able to start for you refund process. You should receive your money back within 5-9 working days. The total refund will be £44.99

Good, yet another successful SE.

No I haven’t done the SE yet, that was what they sent last time and I’m wondering if they filed it as a DNA since on the app it says I returned the item.
