I ordered a phone through NewEgg and planned to use the DNA method. I contacted them a week later and they said to reach out to FedEx while they file a claim with the seller. FedEx says it was delivered to the designated location.
NewEgg didn't seem to want to help and wanted me to resolve the entire thing with FedEx instead, so I filed a dispute on PayPal and NewEgg responded. Is there any way I can sway the dispute towards my favor?
