If it is a small office inside of an arcade for example which is vaccant for any reason. I could wait outside the office/vaccant property and wait for the package. If question is asked "Is this your property, this looks vaccant" I could theoretically say that I do own the property but i just get packages sent here because I pass through this city for work and It is easier to pick up items on the way to a confrence/interstate business meeting/etc. I have been looking at commercial properties because where I live the housing market is horrible with an extremely small amount of homes up for rent and the transition time between tenants is very short. Just seems more risky to use residential properties for drophouses in my situation
