Hi SEers!! Im new here ( in SE forums ), and i wanted to know how this "world" works, i mean what are the main parts and the Key concepts here? Also I wanted to know any SE method, I only know about "Refund", also I have heard about Wrong item, DNA and Box methods but I dont know how they work. Can someone explain me the above question??

There are no hard and fast rules for the said methods.

Each one Is based on It's merit. Generally speaking, It depends on the company, the Item, It's value and the account holder's circumstances.
