Now, dry ice will be just fine in the box?
Are boxes not air tight for the most part?
This post Is around 3 weeks old.
Do you still have questions and concerns?
I was sent this via email:
“ We’re expecting to process your refund by Apr 18, 2023. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.”
I’ve been waiting and have heard nothing back since this email, which was dated March 29th, a day after boxed return dropped off.
I’ve just been patient and waiting each day to see a confirmation email that the refund processed, but nothing yet.
Is it possible I made a mistake during SE for them to take this long?
And let’s say they reject the claim,
What should be my next response be like?
No updates yet. I was given a day of 04/18 thet they expect to refun,, still nothing though. I’ve had to wait quite a bit on this honestly. Previous ASOS refun came quicker.
[/quote] Did you used dry ice box? I ordered a backpack from asos around 900g package and same problem with the locker happened to me and now not sure what should I do.

Yes, I used dry ice with the boxing method.
I tried to make the package look tampered.
Taped it up with regular tape, and then ripped it open & replaced that section with black tape.
The locker situation definitely changes things up lol.
if you use dry ice, a mallet will break it up easy enough & use insulated gloves and tongs and you’ll be good! Let me know how this turns out.
