New Profile Fields & Twitter Embeds

As per many suggestions we've added profile fields for Discord and Telegram. You can now include your IDs in your profile, so others may contact you easier. In addition, I've added Twitter embeds so that you can share Tweets in your posts/threads.

Really glad you added the twitter thing. A lot of news articles refer to twitter for videos or images of events around the world, and this embed feature makes it so much easier to share that stuff.

For the Twitter embed? Did you double check the URL format to make sure it looks like the example above? You'll likely want to remove any parameters at the end of the URL.
