New CPU and GPU

Hello, wanting to SE a new CPU and GPU as I just got a new monitor from DELL. Has anyone had experience SE'ing individually the parts? If so, what companies have you used? I've heard CPU is quite doable through AMZ with EB but wasn't sure if that was still the case. Thanks guys.

Not both in one hit, I'd have to DNA most likely. CPU would not be viewed externally making it okay for EB but I'm not sure if AMZ has gotten any stricter. Really the only concern would be GPU, but I was thinking a large seller on Ebay.

It's fine to EB It from Amazon.
