Netflix Email Problem ? Any solution ?

Hello guys
i don't know where i can post this
but i have a problem and it seem a general problem with netflix i cant change email adress they said error sorry try again i use vpn and nothing happen
any solution and is that a security step from netflix or its just a problem ??

Try calling them; give as little info as possible?

Have you tried changing the email address, by connecting to different VPN servers/countries?
