Has anyone hit DNA on Neiman marcus? How difficult are their reps? Currently have 1800$ in my cart, 3 separate items.
Let me know your experience with them .

Their reps were really annoying for me, and it was a DNA with an account with one small order previously. Persistance won out in the end, but my SE was only $200 ish...nowhere near yours, and they tried to fight me pretty hard on it. up until the refund maybe 2 weeks after the delivery.
