Title. Need details about s@msung. Is S/N possible? Do they require you to send item back? - if so box it or FTID?

Did an SSD a while back.. they requested to send back and they denied my POP so looks like they are checking it.
And no I didn't use any generator receipt or Amazon.
I didn't force it because I had a ref dispute ongoing and I didn't want to lose 2.5k for an SSD 🤣

I tried this, had to send to a repair centrum. Did a ftidv3 on this, but samsung said I did somethign wrong(even though tracking said it was delivered on the address). Didn't get my monitor unfortunately
I'm kidding, don't take me serious.
