Need some reassurance with amazon se #1
Hello me again. Sorry! Amazon wants a statutory declaration as reads:

"I confirm that I have not received the item/s I ordered from Amazon with order number [insert], being [product description].

I have checked with other members of my household, and around my property, and have satisfied myself that I have no knowledge of the whereabouts of the above missing item/s.

I will notify Amazon as soon as possible if the above missing item/s come/s into my possession.

I agree to cooperate with Amazon and/or the police in the event of any investigation into the above missing item/s.

I understand that a person who intentionally makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an offence."

This look good to sign? The phone wont be traced to me in the future? This my first SE so just being cautious. The statement they want me to sign seems quite flawed and mentions mo specifics of what I would even notify amazon of and how I would do so. Any help is appreciated

Thanks.

Listen you are fine, you can sign it. You have this won already, just don't panic. If I didn't get something I ordered, I would sign and do what's necessary to get my items. They aren't asking you to do something new, it's OK to sign, for some reason my friend has 2 of those signed already because the same circumstances applied. You are fine.

Stick to your method and the advice. Good times

If It's a statutory declaration by title, It's fine to sign It.
