Hey guys,

Okay so I ave been reading reading reading and I'm getting very bored. I am currently trying to learn how to hack and and whatnot but It's coming very slowly. I'm just going to cut to the point because I hate long posts. I'm looking for someone to teach me a thing or too. Talk to me via IM or whatever and show how to do things on the computer. I have a pretty decent understanding of how Kali works and other tools but I need someone to actually explain the process of using all these in conjunction to "hack" lol. So basically if you're interested in teaching someone or gaining a protege let me know. I'm very eager to learn and willing to put in a lot of work to do so.

Honestly the only thing that will teach you anything of the sort, Is just a desire to truly learn the material.
You can say having a mentor would help, but it would most likely just frustrate the both of you.
People have different learning curves and what not and on such a gigantic topic such as "hacking" is very easy disagree about what should be and what is desired to be learned.

Save yourself a headache and some bullshit and start reading books and searching google for the answers you seek.
If you don't find them you either aren't really looking or just don't truly want to figure it out, I have seen some of the stupidest people on the planet figure out some pretty impressive stuff on their own.

I would have to greatly disagree with those two mates above me. Learning is much harder if you do it alone. If you were supposed to learn with no mentors, schools and universities wouldn't waste money on professors, they would just throw books at you, and a few exams now and then.

Now, for the mentor part in hacking, I seriously doubt you can find one by just going on forums here, and asking, not that there is no chance, but it's highly unlikely. Where I would look, is to find some friends with a greater knowledge than you, and learn from them.

From my experience, most people are just too lazy to learn some stuff on their own (or maybe too dumb, don't know for sure) so they are asking for someone spoonfeeding them.
And thats the point... hacking is about discovering things on your own, reading, watching, the trial and error principal. Not getting told every single step by someone who already made it trough this process.

If you got the desire to get to know about certain things you are willing to invest the time to learn them.
Not saying you are too lazy (like stated above, its just that many people are) nor you should not learn from/with others. But people need to get rid of thinking there will somehow magically someone appear and introduce them to the most advanced tools and techniques in just a matter of days.

Learning is a long and never ending process thou...
