Need help with paypal claim. #1
Hi guys, basically at my last step of a claim now which is to box and provide tracking. However, deadline is in 2 days and my boxer for some reason cannot give me the label to submit to paypal. Only thing i can get is proof of delivery or some sort of receipt after delivery. Box is still on the way and has yet to be delivered (slight chance it might be delivered in 2 days but quite unlikely). Only have tracking on hand. What can I do?

It is not clear what is paypal requesting from you. You probably need proof of postage? If so, you might just fake it, if it's online in real case scenario, just edit the HTML. If it's physical label in real case scenario, go send a small package from your post office or whatever the posting method was today, edit the proof you receive in photoshop and send that to them.

Actually, I can submit the label/proof of postage now, but boxer told me that there is a chance whereby parcel will be refused on delivery, which might fuck over my claim since tracking needs to show delivered. Idk how paypal will react to a tracking that shows refused on delivery.

It really depends on what you mentioned to paypal in the first place and what actions have you taken.
Imagine scenario where you send your return to some company "A", they don't accept the package but you are eligible for the return in the first place during 14 months since purchase.
However we can't make any assumptions before you give us more intel about what you did explicitly

Just doing a SNAD claim. Since boxer did ftid there is a chance the randoms address will not accept the package so thats what I meant when tracking shows refused.
