Need help with my windows 03-28-2019, 06:17 PM #1
Hello,
My Windows Update under Services is not running and whenever I try to run it I get the following error:

"Windows could not start the Windows Update service on local computer.
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"

Can someone please help me out

Are you running a pirated version of Windows? Some activation cracks remove or alter key system files and in doing so remove your ability to update because the cracker didn't want any Windows servers interacting with their version of the release.

It's an original version of Windows 10.

My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

Fixed the problem, Windows wasn't updating by itself also wasn't Windows Updater running in services.
Fixed it by downloading the creation tool from Microsoft and updating it from there.

Yes it is.

All good then.

If you have Issues with the Windows Update service, make sure the BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) Is running. This Is also used when downloading updates.
