Hello can anybody help me with VCC? I need it for SE. Never used them so can someone explain how to deposit few dollars in them safely and if someone know good VCC sites Smile

Following! Looking for some reloadable VCC maybe using BTC or something like that. Problem is this, so far I have yet to find a working reliable one. Many seem to have shut due to money laundering act and stuff, I could be wrong. Have you ever considered getting gift cards instead?
