Need help with Logitech G S/N 02-24-2021, 12:59 PM

So I registered a Logitech G product on their website and opened a warranty case.
But the response was something like : if this steps didn't help to fix the problem, please go to the store where you bought it.
Of course I don't own any Logitech G product and just wanted to become one from them.
What could I do to become a new one and not a answer like this?

Say you bought it used or on Ebay or something like that. You're gonna need a receipt. They are probably going to ask for photos or a video of the device with a ticket number and the serial of the device. Sometimes they ask for a video to show the destruction of the item, sometimes they don't.
I got replacement for a Logitech G903. Bought a legit one, registered on the Logitech homepage and told them it was broken. They told me to return it to the store where I bought it. I just replied that they said that I should contact Logitech instead.
The asked for video of the mouse with the sn and a ticket number. Later they sent out a replacement. I already had a legit receipt so I used that one. I was not asked to return the item to them just to go with it to a recycle center with it.
Then I did the same procedure with the store and they sent me a new one without asking for nothing basically.
I guess it comes to luck and the agent you're chatting with.

Okay quick update
Got them to the point that they are asking for: Reason given by the dealer (Saturn) for refusing the rights of the guarantee.
What reason could I tell them?
