but I got a new mail yesterday from Amazon saying that “ We recently reviewed the order activity on your account. Your order history shows that you have received a large number of refunds or replacements for items that were missing in your package.” Which is weird because I’ve only done 1 refund, and 1 that failed (this one) and over 20+ legit purchases

It's a typical automated message from Amazon, that tends to be Inaccurate at times. Many people have received the message under similar circumstances as yourself.
