Need help regarding cancelled orders

Do you have any idea why Bestbuy / APple keeps cancelling my orders? have tried different payment methods, verified information on all of them and still have issues. Bestbuy cancel's almost immediately after placing an order, moved to this house for college not sure if previous residents have had this address black listed. Apple takes a little longer but once it gets to payment processing they cancel almost right after. Have called, they say it's an issue on bnks side, called bnks they say it's on apples side. Just not sure what to do anymore.

I would personally keep going ham with it. One of them will give up and help find the issue. I would personally call if you know everything on your side is correct.

You need to provide all methods (used), responses and replies In chronological order.

It's arduous to be definitive when precise details are not present.

Have called apple many times, even placed an order with them over the phone and they said it was processed. Called again when cancelled they said try waiting a week because maybe flagged for fraud because multiple attempts, called bnk and made sure they put a note on my account prior to making the purchase' saying it would be around 4000 or under. Same for bestbuy, have tried discover, chase, my local credit union, citi nothing seems to work.

Just having an issue ordering, not necessarily refunding at this point in time. Ordered 2 video crds off nvidia for $1500 total and have had no issues with that order.

Why are you looking at buying online instead of your local store that can sell it. Otherwise, if you can find a cheaper price on the item, you can show them that and get the price dropped from the item that you showed them BUT, it has to be in the store range that is either big or, known in the location.

better example, EB Games was selling Switch for 400 but, Big W was selling for $320.

Called both bnkk and apple / bestbuy they both claim it's a verification issue even though the bnk says they approved the transaction. Any insight?

I would personally look into that verify issue.

On what grounds are you claiming (trying) a refund, If the Items haven't been purchased to begin with?
